About me

I have worked as a Psychologist for 10 years, in the NHS and in private practice.

I have long been interested in supporting people facing life challenges, including relationship breakdown, bereavement, illness, burnout, and redundancy, and those experiencing anxiety, depression and PTSD. I offer individual therapy and relationship therapy, either alone or with a partner, friend or family member.

I trained as a Counselling Psychologist at the University of Surrey and have completed further training in trauma therapies, sleep difficulties, eating disorders, psychosis and bipolar disorder, and couples work.

I am fully accredited by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), registration number PYL38210, and I am a Chartered member of the British Psychological Society.
